Ciao, we are Nina & Nate, a chef & a baker.

We live a rustic life, raising our two daughters in the woods of Central, Vermont. Our brick oven sourdough features local organic wheat & rye. We create small batch, artisan loaves with rotating seasonal offerings. We offer event catering & love to collaborate with like minded souls for bagel brunches, grazing table spreads & sourdough donut pop ups!

We are a wholesale bakery; selling to markets & cafes in Central, VT. Our space is not open to the public, but we are happy to make a home delivery for you.
